Can not launch the application by invoking the the webstart link from the browser.

*** Tested Configurations:
- x86 Win 7
- jre 8
- javafx 2.1-deploy-scrum build (latest b31)

*** Steps to reproduce:
0) Install jre 8 deploy bundle

1) Install JavaFX 2.1 deploy scrum build

2) Load the javafx sample page on any browser:

3) Click on  'click to launch this apps as webstart' link from the browser

If the app won't load using the java web start with 'Runtime error in app [undefined]' dialog, then the issue is reproducible
The sane issue occurred if you have the sample installed locally and do the same thing ( btw, launching the jnlp file from javaws *.jnlp is OK)
