Fix Sequential and ParallelTransition issues that might occur when jumps are executed in the paused state.

There are TODOs in both Transitions with the following comment:
// TODO: This does probably not work if animation is paused (getCurrentRate() == 0)

We need to investigate how the animations work when jumps are performed in the paused state.
