inconsistent translation for hierarchy mode on hierarchy panel and preferences

      Hierarchy mode menu is translated on hierarchy panel, but it's in English on preferences dialog. They should be consistent. Please refer to the snapshots.
      The messages on preferences dialog might be hardcoded.
