[DatePicker] Focus does not move to the calendar

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. run HelloDatePicker app
      2. open the pop-up and select a date
      3. open the pop-up again and click a spinner button
      4. press TAB and try to navigate to the calendar

      RESULT: focus moves just between spinner buttons
