the pgstub package was moved to the test-stub-toolkit project in rt, but one class, StubToolkit.java, is still in the unit test directory of javafx-ui-common. This redundant class needs to be removed after first checking that any needed changes in that file are propagated to the one in test-stub-toolkit/
