New features are being added to javafx-ant tasks.
This does not break existing ant scripts but use of new features is complicated as build.xml will fail when used with older ant-javafx.jar

This is an issue for IDE environment where used can switch between SDKs.
We need to provide a way to write conditional ant scripts that benefit from new features if support for them is available or use older API otherwise.
