The following issues are noted with the File | Preferences dialog.

1. Tab order is not top to bottom, left to right.
2. Esc key does not cancel the dialog.
3. Mnemonics are not implemented for anything.
4. When the dialog is displayed, F1 does not provide help.
5. On clicking on a color and tabbing through the color control, when a slider has a focus from a tab it does not show a focus ring, but when it has a focus from a mouse click it does.
