Mac: Dragging Ensemble fails (pointer relocates) on a system to 2 monitors with different heights

      If you have a Mac with 2 monitors with different height, if you drag an FX window from the shorter monitor to the taller one, the pointer relocates to an offset inside the FX window. If you try to drag again by clicking and holding on the window trim, the FX window jumps up.
