Can not tab from Library search box to Library items after entering a search string.

      In the Library search box, type the string 'spl' - The library should refresh to show 3 items
      Press tab - BUG - the library does not show a focused item.

      When we start the tool, we made a special case to put have the top item in the library selected. When we refresh the library to show the search results we should do the same thing to avoid this bug.
