It has been noticed that applets with shortcut element specified inside the jnlp file prompts for shortcut at the time of loading inside the browser. T his is a regression in behavior. Normally jnlp applets prompts for shortcut if dragged out of the browser and when tried to disconnect from browser
Steps to reproduce:
1) Install jre and fx runtime
2) try to load following applet
http://sqeweb.us.oracle.com/deployment2/jitu/latest_ws_test/6/deployment/src/javafx/fxfeaturesTest/fxfeaturesTest/html/GetDocCodeBase.html
If shorctut prompt is there then bug is reproduced
