Steps to reproduce:
1. Drag and drop a button on stage.
2. Drag and drop a second button to align it by top with the first button.
RESULT: Second button is shifted by one pixel down. There is no center, bottom and baseline hints are shown when top is shown.
It looks like button gets resized after it is dropped to scene and the issue is not reproducible if you drag it from scene.
