When we change the focus using TAB key, we need to get a visual feedback (ie some CSS) that the focus has been moved.
Some controls in SB do not have any visual feedback.

This is the case for :
- the hierarchy menu button allowing to change what kind of info is displayed
- the selection bar menu button
