cannot download JavaFX Scene Builder 2.0 Early Access

      Running browser on Win7 Pro SP1 (32 bit), Firefox 24 and IE 10.

      While trying to download SceneBuilder 2.0 EA from this page:

      http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javafx/downloads/devpreview-1429449.html

      after accepting the OTN Early Adopter License Agreement only the "Windows 32/64 bit (msi)" link becomes active.

      Cannot download Linux or any other architecture.

      Running browser on Win7 Pro SP1 (32 bit)
      Tried with both Firefox 24 and IE 10.
