CSS edit causes Sliders Axis to be rendered badly

      Open the attached slider.fxml
      Open the attached slider.css in an editor
      Make an edit in slider.css and save the file
      Switch back to SB - BUG - the slider tick marks are rendered badly in SB after it has reloaded the CSS (see screenshot)
