Launch the application in full screen mode with a virtual keyboard installed, whether it is the javafx built in vk or an open source one.
Click on a text component, the vk appears, but when clicking on of the keys of the virtual keyboard, the mouse event is passed to the undelying application stage rather than to the keyboard causing the kb to close
After the first time the vk shows, the vk may work correctly a number of times, it can be reproduced consistently the first time it is displayed but after that it occurs randomly.
We can only reproduce this on a Linux + Intel Atom

The application is unusable with this issue so giving critical priority.
