Scene Builder 1.0 b40, javafx-scene-builder-1_0_beta_b40-*dmg file

Reproduce Steps:
1Check preconditions
   Supported JRE exists (e.g. 7u6 b11)
   Testing on supported OS version
2. Set Java Preference, check java SE 7, uncheck Apple's default Java
3. Double click on the Scene Builder dmg file
4. Drag/Drop the application into the desired folder
5. VERIFY A test .fxml file can be dropped on the SB icon and invoked

Expected: the test .fxml is opened
Actual: Cannot launch Scene builder (screen shot is attached.)
