Add button onto content panel.
Add effect inner shadow. Check what popup overlay text alignment property.
Mouse over alignment properties. You will see tooltips "RIGHT" "JUSTIFY" and etc.

Automated tests fails due to tooltip (It consumes mouse events)
Impossible to move effects sliders, then tooltip appears.
