I launch scenebuilder on my macbook air 11 inch.
the top of the library panel is cropped.
i cannot scroll up.
i cannot get the hidden bits.
when i try and grab a control the mapping is off.

i repeat on another bigger display i do not see this bug.
if i move to a bigger display after this buggy launch and resize the bug is gone.
if i move to a bigger display and resize big and and then resize *small* the bug is gone.

if i manage to get a control onto the scene then the inspector is cropped in the same buggy way.
