TabPane: can't reparent tab from pane to pane by DnD

      To reproduce
      -create 2 TabPanes by DnD
      -add one more tab to the first Pane
      -try to DnD new tab to the second Pane
      It's expected that pane will become a pane in the second tab, but first tab shows strange animation and the tab disappears. But it's still visible on HierarchyPanel.
