I test this on Windows in Netbeans 7.3.1, on Linux Ubuntu 13.10 in the same Netbeans and on Linux Mint 15 (based on Ubuntu 13.10) on Netbeans 7.4 RC2. All with downloaded some days ago scene builder 1.1 on Oracle Java 7 platform.
I am using Netbeans. I'm starting with javafx project "JavaFX FXML Application". Opened fxml by scene builder. Added menu bar. In "properties" File>Close add accelerator Ctrl+Q, and in "code" set action "on action" to doClose. Save, make controller. Now in fxml I have xmlns:fx="http://javafx.com/fxml/1". All was wrote and saved automatic by scene builder. When I closed scene builder and ran again - I had parse exception. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
