As soon as a Resource file is added, or the class path is applied or an Image is reloaded, then CSS application fails.

To reproduce : Add an image and a CSS file to a project. Touch the image (will force reload of FXML). Edit the CSS file to change a rule, you will get assertion error and CSS will not be applied.
