complext text are garbled when using some fonts to render the text.

    Description

      jfx8.0 b115, with fix of RT-33914. When using some fonts to render complex text, the text are garbled. For example, when choosing "MS PGothic" font, Thai, Hindi, Hebrew, Arabic text are all garbled.
      This is a regression and it looks similar to RT-31458.
