Select the green AnchorPane - the Hierarchy should fully expand and show scrollbars
Scroll the Hierarchy to the top
D&D a button into the root container using the content view - drop target indication drawn over side scrollbar of Hierarchy (im2.png)
Scroll the Hierarchy to the bottom
D&D another button into the root container using the content view - drop target indication drawn over bottom scrollbar of Hierarchy (im1.png)
