On MacOSX, Scene Builder comes with its own JRE bundled in the application, and the Java version reported in the "About SB" dialog mentions:
  "1.7.0_06, Oracle Corporation, 1.7.0_06-b23"
whereas the released version of Java SE 7u6 reports:
  "1.7.0_06, Oracle Corporation, 1.7.0_06-b24"

This is as expected, and will not cause any issue.
