NumberAxis: changes to TickUnit are not reflected in the display of the axis assocaited with the LineChart

      A change to the Tick Unit field of the NumberAxis of a LineChart is not reflected in the display of the Line chart while in Scene Builder. the value is also not saved and if changed by text editing, the changed value is ignored.
