Reproduce Steps:
1. Check No Scene Builder installed on the system
2. Double click on the Scene Builder msi file (http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/scenebuilder/1.1/promoted/beta/b24/bundles/windows/javafx_scenebuilder-1_1-beta-b24-windows-11_apr_2013.msi)
3. Navigate through the defaults
4. Verify the checkbox at the final dialog

Expected: The checkbox should be there before text "Launch JavaFX Scene Builder 1.1"
Actual: The checkbox was missing in the first place (See the screenshot)
            After moving mouse over the dialog, the checkbox appeared.
