GridPane: creating new row\column via moving element over grid line to right/bottom does not work

      To reproduce:
      -dnd grid pane
      -dnd button to grid pane
      -try to move element over grid line limiting cell contains element
      -grid line thickens but if user drops element new col\row will not appear
