On Windows, we emulate the closed hand and open hand cursors missing in the platform.
The images we use are unnecessarily ugly. See the screenshot.
1) They should at least get rid of the white pixels outside of the hand.
2) The stock hand cursor has a shadow (Windows 7 with default settings), but our cursors don't. Can it be fixed?
3) Seeing just the closed hand, one may not be sure if it is open or closed. I think we should consider not having fingers on the closed hand, or at least have them shorter. But that's just my personal opinion, I don't insist.
