Steps: (this test case is from new_framework/tests/javafx/manual/SignedApp/testcases/SignedAppScenarios/SingedApplicationGetInsecureProperty.html)

Test Procedure:
1.Launch javaws http://localhost:8080/SignedApp/jnlp/testSignedGetProperty.jnlp
2. Click "Run" on security dialog
3. Several properties are printed on app. If user.defined.sqeTest is not null, test passes.

Actual Results:
The app does not appear when we run it.
