When the number of rows in a TableView extends beyond the viewable area, the vertical scrollbar appears, but it takes up the entire length of the scrolling track, and cannot be dragged up or down. The scroll-up and scroll-down buttons on the top and bottom of the scrolling track do not have any effect either. However, when I scroll up and down with the touchpad on my laptop, that works just fine. The horizontal scrollbar also works fine.
