Choice and Combo popups have extra space to the right and bottom

      In JavaFX 8 b108 I'm seeing a thick block of extra background colour around the right and bottom edges of the popups for Choice and Combo boxes. As if the popup window was computed much too large and only the upper left corner is being used.
