Please watch the video. Notice that in the beginning the selected row is not blue but rather light blue.
And later when scrolling occurs the selected cells appear unselectedwhile some unselected cells are rendered like selected ones.

I click with left mouse button on the first row, push SHIFT + PgDown and then scroll bu dragging the slider knob
