native dialog of old jre shows twice

      Issue is found on windows/linux 64 bit platform with 7u45 b10. To reproduce
      1. Install mentioned jre
      2. set system time to future time, lik 2020-09-13
      3. Launch fx applet like http://sqeweb.us.oracle.com/net/sqenfs-1/export1/comp/jsn/users/larry/fxcases/fxfeaturesTest/html/testGetParamsNamedInit.html,
      If the native dialog for old jre show twice, the issue is reproduced.
