      At e(fx)clipse we've got a bug report that opening an SWT-Shell through a JavaFX-Control locks the event thread. The topic is discussed at http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/530577/. I currently don't have a runnable sample to reproduce but the informations in the forum topic should be good enough to reproduce it.
