The issue seems to only appears on Windows.
To reproduce, start any Fx application.
Type Ctrl-Alt-Del, and start task manager.
All the controls become black, sometimes one need to move the mouse over the controls to change the color (see the screenshots attached).
Seems we have a css issue here...
