Due to RT-32897, which affects the robot-based visual tests, we have disabled FULL_TEST in the nightly Hudson test builds for windows-i586 platforms. Since RT-32897 is unlikely to be addressed soon, we need to provide a way to disable just the visual tests so that we can continue to run the rest of the system tests.
