Steps(the test case is tests/samples/Ensemble8_01_Toolbar.html):
1.Go to ga-samples
2.Execute "java -Dprism.order=d3d,es2,es1 -jar Ensemble8.jar" in console
3.The demo should be loaded,and no exceptions in log
4.Execute "java -Dprism.order=sw -jar Ensemble8.jar" in console
5.The demo should be loaded,and no exceptions in log.

The actual result: The demo can not be loaded with "java -Dprism.order=d3d,es2,es1 ...".
