[DatePicker] Display of Islamic month names in HijrahChronology don't match displayed ISO month

XMLWordPrintable

The display of the corresponding Islamic month names for an ISO month in DatePickerHijrahContent currently spans months from the first visible day cell to the last. This means that sometimes days from the previous month are counted, even if that Islamic month is not overlapping with the current ISO month.

The Islamic month names should span from the first day of the current ISO month, to the last.
