To reproduce:
1. Click "Show cell content".
2. Click "Reset".
3. Click "Show cell content".
You will see that 1) cell shows obsolete text; 2) cell.getTreeItem() returns old item
And if you expand the root there will be no cells.
If you restart the application, expand the root and go through steps 1-3 then you will see that everything will work correctly and that the root
will be replaced and rendered properly each time "Reset" is pressed.
