The ProgressBarTableCell displays an indeterminate progress bar in table cells corresponding to empty rows in JavaFX 8. In previous versions, the cell was left empty.

Run the code in https://forums.oracle.com/forums/message.jspa?messageID=10997779#10997779 under both JavaFX 2.2.7 and Java FX 8.0, and expand the window vertically to display empty rows.
