HelloPopup: new stage has no BG or fail to create new stage

      Sometimes newly created stage has no bg(transparent, only the button).
      Sometimes clicking on "popup" no longer create new stage or button but still prints msg at bg.

      Msg like:
      W: javafx.stage.Popup
      W: javafx.stage.Stage
