Linux DEB installer does not specify Installed-Size

      Ubuntu 12.04 on a VirtualBox VM, 7u11b21

      The Linux Deb packager does not specify the "Installed-Size" value in the control file. This makes The Ubuntu package installer cranky and tells the user that the package is of low quality and should not be installed. Once the control file has this value the installer is happier.
