Windows 8 Pro 64bit - application executed (for now) inside Intellij Idea. Newest public JDK used.
My application shows what looks like a bug.
The application uses 0% to 5% if opened or in the background.
The application uses 15-20% if iconified.
There's no reason for this increase.
The application cpu usage will normalize once deiconified.
It takes about 5 seconds until the cpu usage increases that much
