Steps to reproduce:
- Open CustomColorDialog on Mac
- and try to resize it by dragging right bottom corner
RESULT: It becomes crazy when it is resized to the size that is smaller than the original size.

Investigation showed that CustomColorDialog doesn't need to set min size more than once.

So the probem described in RT-29951 can be avoided.
