SW pipeline fails with assertion in debug mode, on Windows

      Software Prism pipeline

      Compile FX with -Dbuild.debug=true. Run any demo, e.g. Ensemble, with software pipeline: -Dprism.order=sw. If it fails with assertion (see attached screenshot), the bug is reproduced.
