TransformChangedEvent TRANSFORM_CHANGED event type has the wrong name

      TransformChangedEvent's TRANSFORM_CHANGED event type should be named "TRANSFORM_CHANGED" not "ACTION". By naming it ACTION, it is impossible to class-load both TransformChangedEvent and ActionEvent in the same VM.
