Mnemonics : mnemonic display in popup doesn't follow the scene display.

      Use HelloMenu to verify,

      If you open a menu with mnemonics on Windows, while the
      mnemonic display was enabled for the menubar, I would
      expect the mnemonics to be enabled on the popup.
