To reproduce:
1. Click on the first cell. It is the anchor.
2. Push Cmd + Down to move focus to one cell below.
3. Push Shift + Down to select all cells between the anchor and the cell below the focused cell.
3 cells are expected to be selected, bu there are only two: focused cell and the cell below it.
So the Shift + Down behaves similarly to Ctrl(Cmd) + Shift + Down.
