[TableView, TreeTableView] pageUp/pageDown and ctrl+pageDown/pageUp navigates to the partly visible line.

      You may see on the attached movie. I have a partly visible line in the end of visible area. Having focus on the first line, I press ctrl+pageDown, and focus is moved to the line (which was partly visible before).

      I talked to Jindra, and he said, that focus should be moved on the last visible line.

      For pageup and ctrl+pageup the issue is symmetrical
