Mac: ComboBox, ChoiceBox, ListView when selected cause NetBeans RCP Application menubar to disappear

      JavaFX 2.2 build 1.7.0_06-b24, Mac OS X 10.7.4, NetBeans Platform 7.2

        Placing either a ComboBox or ChoiceBox in a NetBeans RCP TopComponent causes the top menubar to disappear (except for the application name) when the control is selected. Using a tooltip with a ListView control also exhibits this behavior. This doesn't occur with pre-JavaFX 2.2 systems. Untested on JavaFX 2.2 with Windows. Tested with both FXML and non-FXML configurations with equivalent results.

        No problems are exhibited in straight Swing/JavaFX (non-RCP) application.

        Sample application is 4MB because it includes wrapped JavaFX runtime module.
